Place to learn new stuffs and career growth

I am still stuck with this company as i have many reasons to be here. Even if the employee strength is less, employees working here are very friendly and help each other in office and even outside. It not only work but they also have many fun activities where all the employees come together and celebrate. Events helps the employees to strengthen their relationship with each other. Everyday is a new learning and you feel like you have contributed in some or the other way. I would recommend TriVium as a good place to grow in career and if anyone wants to make a difference then they can join this company.

Time off, pretty much anytime. I received a new computer when I started. Great co-workers who made the job bearable. Company updated marketing materials.
|
Bonus structure was largely unattainable and was constantly moved in line with company goals not employee goals. All the good employees started leaving and this left a skeleton crew. No real sense of corporate culture. Long time customers had to wait for software upgrades and many were upset which hurt future opportunities.

Good first job but not much more

Small company so you get to wear many hats and gain experience in many areas. Location is right on a busline, 3 weeks PTO to start.
|
No room for advancement and pay is fairly poor. They will expect a lot from you and sometimes if you don't live up to the expectation, the punishment is public humiliation in the way of yelling and berating you in staff meetings.
