<p><strong>We, the Growth team,</strong>&nbsp; work with our entire subscription revenue product suite end-to-end by building the front-end and back-end services and systems. Our goal is to ensure that our current profitable and rapidly growing subscriptions business runs flawlessly (we grew by 1000% in the last 1 year) while empowering the org to execute on future product road maps. Our team also has a deep knowledge of Play &amp; App store APIs and have been featured speakers at Google's subscription partner days and Google Playtime where we have detailed ways to grow and retain paying subscribers.</p>
<p><strong>As a backend engineer</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in the Growth team, You will be architecting, developing, and scaling scala based micro services used by 300 million users. You will work closely with a lean team and collaborate with different teams to design systems which delight our users. You will contribute to strategic product evolution which drives growth. You’ll be building systems from scratch and would be expected to take end to end ownership</span></p>
<p><strong>What we expect from you:</strong></p>

<li>Software development experience with Java or Scala, Reactive/Play Framework</li>
<li>Experience of working with microservices, architecture, and patter<span style="font-weight: 400;">ns</span></li>

In this role, you will be responsible for designing our demand generation strategy and delivering content, thought leadership material, and other assets to scale our marketing programs across different geos, industry verticals, and market segments. <p><strong>What do we expect from you?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years prior experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably at an enterprise SaaS company.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in funnel optimization for converting users from registration/ signup to active platform users,</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Has experience with marketing automation tools, journey builder tools, and other tools that help marketers visualize customer journeys, optimize, and deliver real-time, integrated, personalized, scalable CX</span></li>
