Those who have struggled to keep up with the innovation and vision for the future that the senior leadership has for the company have left the organization.
Over the past few years a number of valuable acquisitions have been made that have taken some time to integrate, but the end-result is a company capable of delivering exactly what an organization needs to co-manage or manage Information Technology in a cost-effective way.
CareWorx has 4 specific programs that are unique in their approach to solving problems that solidify them as a leader in the space and keeps them in the top 100 list of MSPs in the world: Enterprise Service Desk, Hardware-as-a-Service, ServiceNow in a managed SaaS model, and the idea of CO-managed services, not just Managed services.

Management lacking education, accountability and focus

The contracts we supported were the best part of working for this company. I learned more on my own by supporting them then I did from TUC.
|
The summerside location is run by a manager who is only able to yes to everyone about everything. He holds no one accountable for anything including excessive unpaid time off, inability to do the job when a client complains about a specific agent he simply shifts them to another contract. He will throw valuable employees under the bus in order to protect his own position. Despite complaints from numerous employees to head office in Ottawa, nothing is done and he maintains his position. The employees now working in summerside are predominantly male and the majority are working behind the scenes to shift blame on other staff for their own shortcomings.

Start listening when employees are telling you (and backing up their claims with data) that there are issues. You might be able to attract qualified individuals to the summerside office if you put a site manager in place who has the respect of both staff and the contracts. The current one has neither.
