culturally divided. Very few African Americans or other nationalities in upper management. A lot of work to do for entry level positions but the pay is low pay for for all of that hard work.

Great people to meet from different ethnic backgrounds. They did cultural appreciation week. They encouraged us to speak on racial injustice that people of any color expereinced.

Management sucks and everyone has a power trip about their titles. The work in overwhelming as they expect you to work like. robot because they fail to hire more people. This department is literally like modern day slavery. You have to put your personal life on hold because EVERYDAY you're working overtime to keep up with the amount of work they give you. They have high unrealistic expecations and expect you to ot be late in anything. Managemnet sets you up to fail all the time and I was sick of being treated unfairly. I was assigned more cases than anyone else as I has access to see the caseloads of every team member. I expressed my feelings but management took that as I do not know know to do my job. Because i expressed my concern, I started to feel a certain way. Do not apply to this company. They are the true definition of modern day slavery. They're merging with Harvard Pilgram and let Tom Croswell go. They do not care about us. It is shown everyday. It's like being in an abusive relationship. You know this person (THP) is no go for you but you keep going back (have to pay bills).

Learn what the work "support" means. Understand what the job description is because the manger has no knowledge of anything but have the NERVE to criticize people and assume that people don't know how to do their job because they ask for help. Learn how to speak to people and not AT them. Shadow people and experience the things, emotional and verbal abuse we have to deal with because they don't like an outcome of a denied claim.
