The people are great. Mostly everyone is friendly and eager to help.
The company is growing rapidly. Lots of potential.
JT is a wonderful and talented CEO.

Zero onboarding or training for new hires. Basically you are required to figure out everything on your own.
No basic processes or procedures in place. Org chart severely outdated.
Lack of clarity in job roles.
Certain individuals would rather look down and chastise rather than encourage and uplift.
File management system is chaotic. Good luck finding anything you need.

Great company with lots of growth potential

As the title states, TAS Energy is a great company to work for. I was a contractor for three months and I recently came on board as a permanent employee. Everyone here is extremely nice and we all work together as a team to resolve whatever obstacle arises. TAS Energy doubled in size for 2018 and is expected to double in size again for 2019. Looking forward to the future here at TAS Energy.

I enjoy the great company atmosphere, very relaxed and flexible in terms of working hours and professional dress. The employees are friendly and the organization as a whole is real down to earth. The departments have open communication and seem to work well with each other to accomplish many tasks.

The commute can be far depending on what side of town you live on. The area as to where the facility is located is not on the best side of town. Since the facility is older there are a few upgrades that are needed and it would be nice to have a paved parking lot.

I would suggest keep doing what you're doing from an operational standpoint and stay engaged with the employees. If you make the employees feel important than they'll want to continue to do their jobs and stay with the company from a longevity standpoint. Also rewarding the employees with gestures and good deeds is always a plus.
