Similar to refineries, a typical day starts off with a safety meeting and the days work strategy. Overall its a great company. Certain departments are better than others in regards to safety.

I really enjoyed at this working place especially the environment where they do have a lot of close parking space and a lot of restaurants around. Also they do have convenient stores nearby.

As with any contract based company it's feast or famine but as long as you plan ahead it's a great place to be. Depending on your position managers are very good.

Good company to work with

I'll review TAS Energy based on my experience. I've been working here at the engineering department, and I do like working at TAS Energy for the following reasons:
1. Good working environment.
2. Helpful coworkers.
3. Opportunities to grow.
4. Family activities and events.
5. Very good working material (e.g. fast computers, large monitors, office supplies).
6. The company is open to ideas and suggestion to improve the way things are done.
The only cons I can think of is that there is a lack of communication among the different departments. Sometimes changes happen, and some teams do not know about it until several days after. However, they are working and improving on this.
