Opportunity if / when the firm rebounds but for the most part it will likely not be around in the distant future with industry trends and also firm mismanagement.

Too many to name. Bad benefits (401k / Health), bad corporate culture (which may have just been because they were bleeding assets during my entire tenure. Too much concentrated control in the hands of the founder which is his prerogative but ultimately was a problem.
