They pay well and they're always willing to work with you to help you out.

They only work with contracted work and you can have a full week and then the next week you have no work at all. It's not great for long term but if you want to earn a little extra it's great.

1) Awesome product- We transitioned from a services company to a technology company a little over 5 years ago and have been experienced significant growth. Now we're building a real go-to-market operation that will allow us to be big players in our market.
2) Great people- The CEO, Dan Gannon, is phenomenal, he knows technology and more importantly he knows people. He's put in place a talented exec team, who in turn have recruited individual contributors that are talented and fun to work with.
3) Great environment- The least amount of micromanagement I've ever seen.

We don't have a fancy office in downtown Boulder or Denver, but the pay plans, career opportunities, and culture make the commute to Lakewood is well worth it. Our employee onboarding process needs work, but it's improving fast.
