The staff are friendly and easy to work with. Everyone is supportive and helpful. The opportunities to be challenged and get experience in all areas of digital marketing -Project Management, PPC, SEO, web dev exist. If growing and learning is what you enjoy - then this is the place to be! They also will let you carve out your interests and support you in reaching your goals. There is never a dull moment! Everyone assists both clients and internal processes. This allows for thinking in details and working in creating broad visions for the future of the organization. Nice that the leadership cares to allow employees to contribute in thought and action to the future of the company.

Every process is tied to a system. The pace doesn't allow for tons of upfront training and that can be difficult getting up to speed. Again, it is a supportive environment so learning along the way is OK.

Great place to work!

I have worked here for almost three years, and love coming to such a worker friendly office. Awesome staff with hands on owners lets this place be efficient and professional, while still maintaining the fun, start up mind set. Never been to an office with a better atmosphere or happier employee's.

I have had a lot of different jobs, and this is by far the best. Plan on staying for a long time. Literally the only thing I can think to mention here is, I have had better coffee in my life. This fact is outweighed by the ping pong table and an excellent time off policy.

Where do I start?
If you are looking to work at a company that's only $ driven, not caring about smaller clients they lose along the way, this place is for you. They squeeze every last second out of your workload and you still can't keep up. Quantity over quality should be the motto.

So far, so good

I am a newer employee to this company and so far I've really liked the staff and fun atmosphere. Everybody seems to work together well. There are a lot of skilled people here and I'm learning a lot. I plan on staying.

Some of the clients are tough (but that's expected) and it's kind of cold in the office but other than that I don't really have any complaints.
