I was offered a job here and after attempting to negotiate for a higher pay (something that was still below average for this area) they rescinded my offer. It is incredibly unfortunate to know that this is how this company is run. I will say for anybody looking to work here beware that negotiating pay may result in a similar circumstance.

There is quite a few opportunities to learn about online marketing if you are a go-getter. Management does listen even if they are unable to implement your suggestions. My only negative is there is simply too much work to have a healthy work/life balance. If you don't have kids, this is an awesome opportunity. If you do, this is still a fantastic place to learn but realize you will be working serious hours. Owners encourage healthy lifestyle with gym membership and daily walks.

Poor Experience
|
When I started the environment was great. However, the turnover rate is extraordinarily high, as you would expect more with retail. They are a great place to get steady, full-time work fresh out of college with no experience. Once you realize your actual worth though, you realize the pay is pathetic and certain employees are favored. If you want to move from one department to another they reward you with a raise in salary but if you like what you do, they start to ignore you. Honestly, they don't seem to understand how to run a business. They under price services which means they under pay employees by about $7,000. We used to have a weekly Friday meeting and got to leave half an hour early to enjoy the weekend but no more and I have seen productivity go down because we no longer have anything to look forward to. Employees also have no idea what's going on with anything because these meetings were kind of a state of the union type thing. Communication is atrocious and employees are undervalued. Also, they act like giving us a 5% annual raise is a blessing but it's basically nothing because our salaries are so low.

Good starting job but employees are over worked and under paid
|
If you don't have much experience or just out of school, this is the place to work to get your feet wet, however your not going to want to stay long as you will be over worked and under paid. Leadership is mis-guided and over extended. Lack of proper training and communication about expectations. Overall only worth it if your wanting to get started in online marketing
