There are some VERY well paid stars who are management's favorites but everyone else is paid below industry standard Conflicts between the mangement is eating the company alive! It takes a lot of time to get any thing done and the internal processes are not well defined at all Under performing Sales managers are not willing to take responsibility for their actions and blame is shifted to other teams. Nice international environment, very relaxed. No clear direction, no clear strategy, lack of professionalism and vision of the Management. For some reason everyone is a "manager" there. There is also a lack of team spirit, everyone works just to achieve their `personal goals and not the company goals. (for example having parallel businesses and manage them during office hours). The worst thing, is that the profit of the business instead of being re-invested in the people (training, certifications, etc) are invested in other stuff that do not bring any value to the organization. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 7.0 1.0 5.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 678212 Open Review your strategy and evaluate your personnel.
