Sowas ging einfach unter und oft nichtmal ein danke. Früher hätte ich eine 4 oder 5 gegeben, heute was ich so von ehem. Kollegen mitbekomme, ist die Stimmung unterirdisch Interessant schon, aber wenig aktuelle ITStandards und wenig Innovation und Motivation um sich Gedanken zu machen Ich war vor vielen Jahren Angestellter, als es der Firma noch gut ging. Mittlerweile ist sie auf dem absteigenden Ast, da man sich nicht um das Personal gekümmert hat, was nun in einer geringen Produktivität resultiert. Stattdessen wird es wohl ausgebeutet, um halbwegs den Kurs zu halten. Früher gab es Team Events ins Ausland 1-3 Tage mit allen, Stimmung war toll und man war dadurch sehr motiviert, das ist lange vorbei. Planungen verlaufen meist unstrukturiert. Leider ist die Mitarbeitermotivation aktuell sehr gering.
