Morale is at the lowest possible point and no one in senior leadership cares. If you don’t want to be fired or laid off, don’t fill out the ukx survey honestly if you aren’t anything but happy. Your team will be labeled as disgruntled and will be blamed and targeted if scores are low. The company is looking for any excuse to fire employees or eliminate roles. Don’t expect a promotion or raise even as people leave and the workload piles up and they don’t backfill. If you think this review is an exaggeration, then you are either new or just very lucky.

Leadership only cares about themselves abd in turn ruining the company. High quality employees leaving, support is non-existent ever since merge occurred. Last minute changes with no warning to employees. No transparency regarding changes and layoffs are quickly and silently made. Culture is gone.

What happened to people first? With your actions it’s apparent that the new motto is money first. As a result, customers are leaving and excellent employees who provide high quality service are also leaving. High level executives are untouchables and more and more youre hiring new people from outside instead of promoting from within. CEO and Chief People Officer should just leave. Outlook of company is horrible. Lawsuits from customers abound.
