What I like most about my job is the fact I can be trusted to get the job/task done with little supervision. I am able to set the curriculum for all my trainees. I like to make my training as hands-on as possible. I like "infotainment" style and subscribe to the FISH book philosophy to make work fun. I like the responsibility to train brand new sales reps from all industries in week or less to start earning commissions immediately. My last employer had a boring and 4 week long training program that was very rigid and unable to modify.
I love the challenge to complete new tasks/projects. I was tapped to redo all our product technical specs, featured and benefits. I very proud of the Sales Reference books I created from scratch, since they are now used in the field with prospective clients. Recently, I have been task to write the user manual for our CRM system, to make it easier to learn. Bring it on!
I work an average of 60-65 hours a week, every week, not because I have to, but because I am constantly developing training material, handouts, job aids. I am dedicated to better my trainees and help them to perfect their skill-set in any way I can.

In addition doesn\u2019t tolerate any act of deceit or manipulation by our staff in an effort to gain personal financial means. We are not permitted to change any date on agreement once signed. Plus, the customer is always give a copy of the agreement once signed. If you are referring to the bill date, this needs to be pro-rated sometimes because we were unable to install additional equipment before the billing date started. \r\n \r\nConference Call: I am sorry you felt our weekly conference call is counter-productive. It is scheduled only for 30-minutes and scheduled for non-peak times (Fridays at noon). We feel it is wholeheartedly worth the time invested because it promotes comradely and allows all sales reps for all offices to be applauded for their successes and share best practices with the whole team! \r\n \r\n Others: I know most outside Sales professionals don\u2019t want to come/return to the office and this is admirable because they want to stay in the field and sell, sell, sell! However this is a requirement and we hold for the first 90/180 day period due to the fact that UBS Sells 5 different services and products and training is a MUST.
