Horrible company

Should be a great company, easy work and product sells itself. Good work hours so quality of life is nice, unfortunately it’s is horribly run, everything is decided by the owner who is never in the office and makes poor decisions that affect your commission, on top of the fact that you have to stay on top of payroll who tend to “accidentally “ pay you for some invoices.

Ex employee just let go because I guess I made to many sales 17 accounts in 2 months and then they pull your salaries and car allowance. Nothing but liars they don’t give you the proper tools. They expect a lot and it don’t matter if you meet it or not it’s a revolving door.

Challenging and rewarding work enviroment

Managing the route sales techs and the service techs is one of the biggest part of the job, I need to make sure they have product and equipment ready to go. Vans are loaded the night before to make sure they are ready to get on the road first thing in the morning.
Working with customers and their concerns has been a great experience. I have learned how important and critical customer service is on the business.
On my monthly safety meeting a bring a fun atmosphere so my team is relaxed and can enjoy the meeting. The coffee and donuts are always a hit.
