All new hires go through a training program to better understand Unanet, our product and our customers. We all also have the opportunity to meet directly with our CEO which I have never been able to do at any prior employer! Although we are remote, Unanet makes an effort to keep employees engaged on a work AND personal level. Overall horrible experience. Reviews from 2 years ago are talking about how bad onboarding and training are and it doesn't appear anything is different. Training is pretty much relegated to watching videos and teaching yourself. I went through multiple managers while I was there - one openly discussed with me the condescending nature of upper management and even cried on a call with me because we felt we were experiencing the same thing. One person on the entire sales team made their quota in 2023 - that should say something in itself. Requests for meetings with upper management weren't just ignored but refused. HR was non-existent in meetings where there should have been a presence. A manager in another department propositioned me sexually. Careers and lives are being destroyed by coming to this company and there is zero regard for this fallout of employees. Other departments seem to experience something completely different but the BD department is a complete nightmare. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 0.0 355390 Open I am not the only one saying these things. Stop just talking about actually making changes and take a look at the leadership in the positions of power. NOTHING is being done to make this a healthy work environment. The management there has openly been creating a stressful environment bordering on harassment for their team AND now other employees in other departments where there is romantic propositions. People have expressed how uncomfortable they feel and you have received multiple complaints about the management on this team yet you have done NOTHING to fix the problem and protect your employees. You should be ashamed that you have let it get this far. These managers are now not just destroying people's careers but affecting their mental well being. Is this the culture Unanet promotes? Are these your core values? All the quitting and firings and personal times off and the excuses for this terrible situation need to end. There's a reason everyone who is fired is on Unemployment benefits...Because they are being fired without cause! Management is lying to destroy these people's careers and you need to step in. HR needs to do their job and actually stand up for the humans who work here. Shame on you for letting it get this bad. In a meeting you might get managers who cry, swear at you, call you pretty, ask you about trans people in a derogatory way, and then tell you you're worthless ALL IN ONE MEETING.
