Look, I know a lot of the 5 star reviews are company stake holders writing fake reviews. This one is real. I've never legitimately had a company SAY they have work/life balance, and then ACTUALLY HAVE work life balance. They are not only supportive of you as an employee, but highly supportive of your goals and ambitions. Culture has gone down hill. They hired a manager that has 0 experience and is immature. Management keeps making all these changes and does not understand the ripple effect of them. Often times management changes a process and a few days later changes it again before it even gets implemented. There is no room for growth or advancement at this company. The work I did felt impactful and there was tons of opportunity for collaboration. Unanets issues stem from non-functioning products that sales market to clients with improper expectations and limited resources. This all leads to the clients being outraged with the project managers and their consultants for not getting proper attention to their implementations and consultants feeling burnt out.
