Work peers were nice. Management is so-so. Constant restructuring so the manager you have today may not be the same in a year. Top heavy management. Sometimes you question what a manager is actually doing to benefit the company. Cafeteria on site. Gym on site, but not the best equipment, Overall I enjoyed working for UniGroup, but it needs some help with keeping employee moral up.

The job is not hard and it is a good entry level position for someone with little education. The current management team is strong and the job doesn’t have pros and cons. There is no cold calling but you do deal with a lot of bad leads which management is working on to solve this issue

Call center.. sea of cubicals, we eat so much!! For the most part everyone is supporrive. Classroom training is archaic. On the phone training all depends on who youre with.
Standard breaks. Processes change a lot and then change again.

Many perks at UniGroup

The salary is a little low but benefits like a gym, a cafeteria and lunch room on site is great.Managers do listen and try to work the situation. Upper managent is curitous and does not go away but are seen. The company has downsized some but the longevity at the company I would say 20+ years.

I worked there for 17 years and learned so much. What legal documents you need for import and export shipment of personal household goods and personal cars. What it takes to clear customs . Track air and ocean cargo shipments along with setting up the truckers to move the shipments. Track shipments on the rail.
The management was great. You could always discuss issues with them.
The culture is great.
The job can be fast passed and stressfull.
I loved to work with all the people.
