There are genuinely a great deal of talented, driven, and passionate individuals who work for BR. The people you meet and work with will be the best part of your time here, and the benefits are solid. You work in a big sports company, so that's pretty cool.

Poor management, especially at the senior level. Lack of upward mobility. If you wanted to work for a sports organization at the cutting edge - well congrats, these guys are corporate and safe now.
