Lots of Hype in the beginning, Average at best.

Employees get some lunches and celebrations for corporate milestones being accomplished and recognition when extra overtime is being put in.
|
Management and executive team is blinded by there corporate growth and do not understand the true voice of the employee or the reality of the marketplace. Most success and growth has been through buying competitors not from actually gaining customers and increased revenue and sales through traditional means. IMO they dont know how to do it at a high level that will produce sustainable results and have numerous employees in roles of need for the company and not in the best fit for their skills and are unwilling to make the difficult changes needed in a timely manner thus culture and team suffer and employee cancer festers.

Stop hiding behind posted core values that you yourselves don't practice personally or as a company. When a hard or difficult decision needs to be made and there is consensus it is the right course of action make it don't hem and haw either its inline with core values and needs of the business or its not.
You must and need to become better at on-boarding and have people to spend time with new hires. Allowing and thinking its OK for them to learn it mostly on there own or in some shadows is corporate malpractice and setting the new hire up for failure immediately. Busy is not an excuse be better.

Acquire new management! Current management is prejudiced in EVERY way possible. The high turnover rate is because of the awful leadership. Employees are unappreciated. Pay your people what they deserve for the absurd work load you give them. Stop talking down to your employees and treating them like they're nothing.
