Pay, benefits, and general work/life balance are great.

It is very rare for someone to get fired, making it not uncommon for underperforming individuals to be highly visible within the company.
Focus on 100% Mission Success drives a lot of red tape that can be frustrating to navigate.
Wide experience gap -- very few mid career employees. Most employees are < 7 yrs or > 25 yrs.
Staffing levels don't seem to reflect the workload felt during the current push to first Vulcan launch.
