My typical day would start around 8:30 a.m. and would end by 6:30 p.m. Typically, there would be client interaction, meetings with various IT teams.
I learnt a lot in management and technology and also sharpened my consulting skills by doing training in methodologies like Solution Selling.
The management was relatively stable and encouraged innovation.
I would describe the culture as diverse, open but unstructured and chaotic at times.
The hardest part of the job for me was to constantly upgrade technical skills to be successful in technology.
I enjoyed and learning and working hard to exceed targets and expectations.

I have been with Universal Software for more than 4 years now, I found the company to be very employee friendly. During these years I have learned a lot from my senior peers. Staff have been very supportive. Overall it has been a wonderful experience.
