Some managers are held accountable while others are not in regards to assignments and making payroll. private:universityco-op-2 https://www.indeed.com/cmp/university-co--op/reviews Sep 15th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open University Co-op Textbook Supervisor Austin, TX USA it was both productive and fun at the East location with great managers and staff Overall The University CoOp East, was a great place to work, we maintained college time, that meant we worked hard for four months with law textbooks and school supplies and had fun the rest of the year, obviously it was broken down into 2 semesters. The customers are great (especially for retail!) and there's a positive and energetic vibe throughout the whole store. Overall it's full of nice, friendly, supportive people who want to help and seem to like each other. The flexible scheduling makes it easy to work around tests and other events that have priority over working. It can be a little hard to get hours when it's not game season though. Most of the managers are very nice and understanding of commitments outside of work. It was a good place to work while I was in High school. I had to sadly leave because I went to college out of state. People are great and we all got along it was overall a great culture.
