Being a practice coordinator is a a decent job if you are starting and just need a big name on your resume or if you are about to retire and need to grind a couple of years. Lack of decent wages in a high cost city will not do much for your retention rate, in my 3 years I saw countless employees leave and management answer was to hire temp workers to fill in the gaps.
