Most of them enjoy communicating over their work. When grading exams, there is difficulty with explaining each mistake and having time to do it all. Overall, I enjoy the work and it really keeps me busy. I look at each class every day to see if there are any questions and try to help. I think that a professor should be there to help overnight. Students seem to enjoy the 8 week classes a lot. It gets difficult some times to get the quizzes graded, returned on time and show what they missed. There had been a lack of transparency and lack of direct responsibility over improving equity & inclusion or morale. With a new president and VPSA, perhaps this is shifting, but the current political and social climates in society make it very difficult to make strides to remedy these things right now. My coworkers were very welcoming and I enjoy being around them in a work setting.
