They are not willing to change and are perfectly happy with the status quo. The administration is willing to throw their own mother under the bus to make an extra dollar. Poor work environment. Although my position was an Admin. Specialist my duties did not completely align to this position which is actually something I have appreciated. My supervisors have worked with me to align my duties with my strengths and interests. They have been very supportive in helping me find opportunities to grow my career. My coworkers have all been amazing and we work seamlessly as a team. The SOM plans several events, cookouts, bake-offs to make our work days more fun and give us a chance to mingle outside of our departments.
