I work in the School of Education, and the staff in our office suite are amazing! I can’t say enough good things about my work environment honestly. We all adapted when Coronavirus hit and continued to work well together remotely. The biggest (and perhaps only) con that I can think of while working for USD is the employer benefits package, specifically healthcare. They use Dakotacare and it has been the worst coverage of any company I have ever worked for, and any place I have ever lived. Dakotacare is apparently introducing new (and more) plans this year.
