Although there are pockets of fantastic work going on across the organisation, overall new ideas are constantly shot down and discarded and there is little opportunity for advancement and progression. There is a sense that many departments have become stagnant in their activity with the same projects repeatedly happening and anything new being ignored. This has led to no sense of pride or ownership in any of the work. Management are BULLIES!! Honestly nothing is worth working there for. You will be told what to do not asked, there will be no please or thank you. Because of the casualness of the hours a lot of the staff don't treat it like a real job and are very unreliable. But if you give this job your all it's absolutely brilliant and gives you so many fantastic opportunities. If you don't sign up to do a lot of work and get to know the managers the opportunities won't be there as much, but if you make yourself known to be a hard worker it can open lots of doors. Open days are great fun when the staff morale is up so it's worth being friendly and getting to know other ambassadors.
