Too many good staff members fired for minor reasons, Management needs to support more new staff instead of firing people for minor reasons and keep recluiting new ones, it would cost them less as well. I've known of many members of staff who resigned after years for being mistreated.

While the hospital is state of the art, admin staff are kept out in the beacon mall, which is freezing!! Little to no training, questions are met with frustration from management and there’s an ‘us and them’ mentality.
