There’s a lot of room to architect your role and upper management actually cares about ideas for improvement. There’s so much potential with this company, both for the product itself and personal career development.Work hard, play hard is a lame corporate phrase, but it’s true here. People generally work hard but output expectations from management are reasonable. I’m not micromanaged which I appreciate. It’s fun to be at work, a majority of UPshow employees are dynamic, super cool people. Great product, Interesting & fun coworkers, start up environment feel. I definitely learned that I'll never again work for a company selling a product I don't believe in to people I'll never met under management that doesn't respect their employees.
