Stay away! not only is the company financially unstable (always scraping for money) everyone is paid below market rate, there’s a lot of misogynistic promotion. It seems as though there’s no real control and coherent strategy, no proper business model. It seems as though it’s run by students / inexperienced people. The exec unnecessary spend in areas that seem to have no sense of use. The lack of experience and professionalism is very obvious. It seems as though they just promote anyone that happens to be a loyal staff member and has been at the company longer than a year. There’s no form of diversity or people of colour in the company. The culture is incredibly disgusting and dangerous. there's a lot of company politics and backbiting. I’ve heard from multiple staff members socialising outside of work hours drug-abusing with exec level. I had experienced racism and toxic masculinity behaviour in the company. I was once asked, “what would happen to me if I was to marry a white man.” I even caught a couple having sex in the closet. Awful retention rate at the head office. While I was there, no one was at the company longer than 18 months. The majority of the positive reviews are therapists on here. All of the staff benefits are exaggerated. They say you have an “unlimited holiday” but cap you at 20 days. All policies e.g. sick leave, maternity leave etc was at the statutory level, not best practice. Urban mention how there’s company away day etc but since there’s a financial struggle. They can’t afford internal engagement. While I was there they hadn’t had one in over 2 years. They obviously still have it on the offer package to sell themselves. although I had some freedom and ownership of my role. I never truly had that. They expected unrealistic demands from all roles with minimal resources and funds and shrug it off as “start-up culture” when really the business has been established for over 5 years and it's not much of an excuse. As a wellbeing company, you would assume that they would practice their own motto. There’s no care for mental or physical wellbeing what so ever. After an internal survey over 90% of staff were stressed and burnt out. There's a lack of recognition in the company. managers have had no formal managerial training.
