They really do not look out for their employees. While I was there I’m about a year, they let go almost 10 people. They will say one thing to you and do something else completely behind your back. The Office Operations Manager is a wonderful person that really makes events special, whether it's a quick coffee, or a Christmas party. If you work hard and have motivation to jump into other areas of the business, you can. 'No' is not a word that's often used. If you take initiative, the leadership team will invite you to be successful, and will nurture your career. I've had nothing but great experiences. I feel empowered to try new things, I feel like I have the resources I need to be successful, and like there's a team of experienced leaders to coach me through challenges. They genuinely care about their employees and extend the same level of care and understanding to their customers. I love that the work I do here can directly impact our company. Despite the size of the organization, they continue to promote and develop employees to be the best version of themselves. I know there's a lot of reviews here that say there aren't any cons, and I genuinely believe this to be true. The company will invest in you (ie. pay for sales training/certifications). With all of this, management also understands that everyday life is a real-thing which grants you the freedom to get your work done and also have time to go to appointments and take care of anything you need to at home without having those tasks consume your weekend.
