Great Cause, Fun Place!

This company has undergone a lot of much needed changes recently. I feel the changes give employees a challenging, rewarding, and fun place to work. Some of the changes include a new office space with a pool table, Foosball table, dart boards, and a practice putting green; there's a newly launched wellness platform that has a fresh and contemporary feel; there's a relatively new senior management team and Board of Directors; and most of the staff is relatively new.
Overall, it's a solid company to work for and you can't help but be proud of the company's mission to add more years to peoples' lives and more life to their years.

As with any other company communication is key and there needs to be a continued effort to improve communication throughout the organization.

There are measures being taken to keep the culture here fun and engaging, but sometimes those measures are too easily pushed off for other pressing matters. Leadership must make maintain these things as a high priority to keep morale high and to keep employees engaged and working as team.
