A typical day at work would be doing what you planned for but each day brings new opportunities or challenges for you to step up and learn and grow. As employees we are empowered to step out of our comfort zones and help out in other areas that may not be of our expertise but it helps the team and it helps you as a person to grow. Current leadership really cares and listens to you. They have added so much fun to the workplace with a gym room and weights at everyone's desks, office olympics with a pool table, darts, foosball, golf. Frequent healthy potlucks are great too! Employees and the company care about employees' health and wellbeing as well as that of our clients and member population. It's great to work for a company and a cause that's helping transform healthcare from sick care to preventive care. Prevention is the best medicine!
