I have loved working at USHealth. It is a wonderful sales career especially if you’re seasoned in sales and looking for something new and exciting were you get to be your own boss. High commission and you only really need to make 1-2 sales a week to make $30-50k a year. It’s always better if you can do more, of course. They do pay out A LOT of bonuses though. They have top performance bonuses upwards of $10,000 and in the first thirteen weeks, if you hit all of your milestones on time, you’ll receive $850 in cash! Super fun and upbeat environment. Only real issues I’ve had is that some of the sales guys in my division are super catty and gossip like crazy haha! Other than that, it can get slow but you can always just work harder to make up for it! It’s a huge mindset game so if you’re a strong person and you love sales you’ll do great!

Unless you do something illegal, you won’t get fired! Work your own hours, high commission, $250, 000 potential, huge bonuses, free leads, biggest learning opportunity you will ever receive in sales

Long hours, commission only (which is honestly better), some people in the business are more focused on money than actually helping people

Poor management
|
Management is horrible. The team leads/supervisors are lazy and they just want to gossip about the employees. They have their favorites and if you’re not one and you call them for help they will send you to voicemail. The free lunches are nice but you get tired of those when they treat you like a slave. You have to tell them your every whereabouts. You have to ask for permission to go to the restroom. All they care about is meeting the numbers. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated like a human being!

Would just not recommend. Leads are unreliable and weak. Management expects too much from you offering minimum training. Corporate culture is fun and laid back. Liked the regional manager a lot:

Very stressful work

Big call center after training you are thrown out on the floor....exceptions are very high, and for a person just starting out somewhat stressful to obtain. To me it feels like a plantation.

They value sales/money. This is a 1099 position so you must work long hours to produce including weekends. They want you to make 150 calles per day and on weekends.

Misleading from the get go
|
told me I would make $900 a week within a few weeks
told me I would make a boat load of $ during open enrollment none of this happened, in fact I had to sell my home as I didn't make enough $ to pay my mortgage & bills
I worked a minimum of 12 hours a day/night and always worked weekends

free coffee, and often food is shared or given
