Flexible timings : Yes sure, they can ask you to work outside of the officials work hours any day, any time as per their convenience.
No ones takes OWNERSHIP of their own task but are very keen to throw this word (ownership) around at everyone else.
Everything is critical here, just to create unnecessary pressure.
Tier-3 College Students, Beware. Wait for a little while, choose anything but this junk.
