Great people and idea, but misguided

- very friendly work environment
- interesting product that solves a need
- good compensation and company benefits
|
- There is a serious lack of structure across several parts of the company and this results in lots of stagnation and confusion amongst the employees
- product does not feel complete and there are many bugs that cause problems for the customers
- leadership is a little bit inexperienced and this trickles all the way down
