Gives a good opportunity to explore technology and implement it. Good salary hike and variable pay every year. Team members and Management are supportive and cooperative. Very friendly employee environment who always ready to helps you. Last year when the pandemic started When all the big MNCs were doing cost-cutting and firing their employees this company supported its employees by giving salary on time without doing any cost-cutting. Every Company has some Pros and Cons so yeah after working there for more than 4 years I can say Overall It's a good growing company which gives lots of opportunities to learn new skills, work-life balance, and good pay.

The only Cons which I address in my 4-year journey is Infrastructure. The company needs to look for a good Office for good space and better facility.

1. Try to speak to your employees sometimes, at least for the very last time when they are leaving the Organization. You were doing this at initial times like 2 to 3 years ago and later it has faded away.
