No proper training whatsoever (they throw you in the deep end and blame you for everything)
Working environment is extremely dirty and disorganized
Unsafe working conditions (no hard hats and goggles for the workers working in the factory)
The job you applied for is not the job you end up working in
Team work doesn’t exist here
Upper management tends to “move” their employees around a lot (very unstable working environment)
Not as diverse
Very understaffed (cutting cost and under staffing is a recipe for a business about to go out)

The co-works are friendly and nice. Flexible schedules, paid holidays and sick time. 1 vaction and they close a week for the holidays. Good for a first job

No training and lack of procedures. The owner will come in and scream to everyone. No professionalism from upper management. You don’t have an adequate work space and jsut cram people in any space available. You don’t have a job description, the owner will always change it

|
|
The people there are generally nice to work with.
|
However, there is no proper training given, no standard operating procedures to follow. No teamwork and no constant communication within the department. It's hard to get things done.
