They highly disrespect for non-working time of employees, 24/7 availability required. Also, HR Team is incompetent and without any interest to invests in the development of employees and to communicate with them. There is small possibility of any promotion, you will stuck on the same position from beginning to the end of engagement. Very bad interpersonal relationships among colleagues, no respect in communication.
