Some good people in the US office (some).
|
AWFUL executives. Zero knowledge of the industry, terrible management, little to no respect of employees (giving 1 free lunch day a week doesn't make up for the horrible treatment of employees). Useless and unattainable goals, and coached to essentially lie to employees and vendors. It wasn't a week at the company without a vendor sending a screaming email asking to still be paid.

Slight focus on R & D of the product. Rest everyone else is clueless. Work timings are fine.

A lot to say here, company has left with one vision i.e. to sell it off.
No management is willing to do the right thing.
Nothing us falling in place, very flawed and irritating interview to release process.
Working with just 50% of the required manpower.
Downsizing and lay offs are a must after a short while.
They changed their name to chocolate platform from Vdopia due to lot of blacklisting.

Worst Company to work, just a career spoiler.

Just they pay well, it seems initially. Horrors are waiting after it.
|
Just to name a few, no vision or goals. Entire organization is being run by a bunch of careless and rude people. They don't have a single process in place properly whether development, sales or operations.
Company is in shambles and just a swamp of rude and self centered management. There's no respect of someone's hard-work.
They do not pay publishers on time, and end up firing manpower.
Note: all the positive reviews on GD are being forced upon by the management on the current employee.
