Very good learning experience, but quite frantic honestly

The teams were full stack. If a team lacked a certain skill, then instead of desperately trying to import it, it was encouraged to learn this themselves. As a result, most of us learned a lot during a relatively short period of time.
|
The atmosphere wasn't very respectful, and it appears that the company was struggling financially. As a result, there was a lot of time pressure all the time. A whole team was laid off with a short notice period.
