The jobs are important so there are high expectations for contractors and employees. Dispatch and manager are helpful and work good contractors who are reliable and responsible. The manager does give contractors more opportunities than most do but dosen't risk the company reputation or customers. Firm but fair management. The branch manager cares about her drivers and make sure they are taken care of and satisfied to the best of her ability. If you need to take time off there is no hassle. I feel like this job is suitable as a part time job. I would recommend this job for anyone looking for part-time work. The manager works with me anytime I need off. If I'm sick, I always get a call with concern. The company as a whole has been amazing to me!! I will continue to drive for this company. The management, the jobs, all of it. The only pro is the schedule is flexible and you can take jobs as you please. Depending on the route you have you might make some good money, but only 1 or 2 people who get those consistent routes, and seniority is a factor in getting that. So if you're young and trying to get a good paying, set route, I wouldn't hold your breath.
