I can't say if it is the best. There is no problems related to payment schedule, the working environment is confortable, the people are usually pleasant and I've never witnessed embarrassing cases of moral abuse. | Some of the main heads of the company are not techie guys, which imposes to the respective department a lack of investment (human and sometimes software/hardware) and also not so smart decisions (in general aspects). I recommend bringing to the company a deep immersion to the state of the art in Software Engineering.
