Workplace culture is not the best, management tends to micromanage employees and fire without warning, your job never fills secure. There are other better companies who treat their employees better. After working there for the few months, I had to deal with unknowledgeable team leads that had no idea what they were doing. Their methods of handling the departments are outdated and stupid. They are more focused on looking for someone to blame whenever something goes wrong than finding a solution and coaching the person on how to not commit the same mistake again. I disagreed with most policies and I ended up giving my team lead my two weeks notice and they took it to their manager and they decided to just release me the same day. They keep changing their strategy, which impacts the employees morale and career. There is a reason they are constantly recruiting new employees! Promotions are based on who you socialize with at work and if you aren't in the proper social circles you won't get promoted regardless of qualifications. All the worst parts of a startup can be found here. But this place is no startup, it is just a waste of time. Leadership needs to be replaced with competent leaders. No career growth. No promotions internally unless you are friends with management.
