Claims you can work remote, then when you try to they push you to go to the office. If everyone wore masks and they maintained fewer people in the small conference rooms, it would have been fine.

Career progression barely exists because the shallow depth chart results in middle management focused on self-preservation over the careers of those with no reports.
A LOT of turnover in senior management means the company is often running blind into temporary directions, leading to much wasted effort. This also results in a noticeable level of power hoarding and communication gaps.
