Flexible working schedule, although if you work in certain departments, this has been taken away. The people are mostly nice and a good team to work with.

Literally everything else. At the time I left, the mood in the office was very much that everyone is just riding it out until the company folds or they find something better. Employees in some departments are micro-managed to the point that the # of phone calls they make in a day and emails they send being monitored and discussed during team meetings.
Sales aren't happening, so budget is being randomly cut from departments every month. I'd have my funding cut to zero and then still be expected to hand over the same results as with proper funding. On PPC campaigns.
Some in management seem to have been hired without being properly vetted. If you are going to hire people to oversee a marketing and sales team, they should probably know the difference between paid and organic search, and have some idea of what digital marketing actually is. Especially when they list it as previous experience on their resume. People are leaving because they don't want to work for someone who doesn't understand their job, and the CEO doesn't care or doesn't notice since he's only in the office a few times a month.
The previous review about the fast-growing company? No dice. They had fewer people working for them at the time I quit than at the time I was hired. And when I started there were 25.
