- Insane quotas with very small territory’s ($350,000+ per quarter as a low end MM2 Rep)
- You could have 1200 accounts and be forced to sell 350,000 worth of security cameras every three months
- PIPs are given out like candy
- Hard to keep friends here because they all get fired around you
- Managers receive top down pressure and places it on reps
- Many reps have terrible anxiety and stress related issues (perceived as “normal”)
- HUGE work related lawsuit just settled against us for $6B
- Most of our competitors are significantly cheaper, making it tough to sell in low income patches
- Blanket quotas across all patches, very unfair, some reps will have 5 times the amount of income/revenue in their patch
- Reps who hit consistently praised with great patches
- If you have a knowingly terrible patch, you are given 0 grace

Tons of nepotism, one company search will prove this.
Hard to get promoted.
Territory, Timing, Talent = HUGE part in your success here. I’ve been here for two years and have seen great reps get fired and terrible 0 brain cell reps get praised and promoted. No blacks here, probably 3 on the entire sales floor. Tons of discrimination and workplace chat involving sexual harassment as well.

- Team sales. You have a group of people behind you to back you up!!!
- They really work hard to make sure you feel valued.
- So much helpful training material, and many people happy and ready to assist with questions.
- Woman at Verkada!!! They make sure that woman are comfortable in the work place, listen, and take action when there’s an HR issue.
- Unlimited PTO, they don’t bug you about how much time you take as long as you get your work done.
- Great benefits. 4 months maternity leave, paid.
- Everyone celebrates each others success! It’s wonderful.

- At first you have to work hard to build your patch, and grow relationships/connections.
- Channel Sales: was a good experience for me, just have to make sure you get really tight with the partners. Make friends. It’s hard sometimes because you’re relinquishing some control, but it works!
