Incompetent Management Holds Company Back

-Work from home is super flexible
-You gain valuable experience and can leave this company for one that will pay you fairly
-No layoffs despite uncertain economy

-Toxic culture that is rampant with nepotism and favoritism
-Management is incompetent and you have people managing you that could never do your job let alone manage a team of people
-Salaries are well below industry standard
-Moving up the ladder in the company is questionable as your raise and your promotions are determined by a power hungry manager who doesn't want to see people do better than them
-Management is more concerned with optics and the appearance of making change to upper leadership than actually getting anything done. Serious issues are brought up and are either never addressed or addressed months later after the damage has already been done.
