<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Data Warehouse developer you will create and innovate the Vestiaire Collective Data Platform in collaboration with our Data Engineers, BI Engineers and Data Scientists.</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Architecting and developing the Data Warehouse of Vestiaire Collective from the ground up</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring the stability, scalability and accuracy of our central data model to ensure consistency of metrics and dimensions across the company departments and geographies</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Working closely with the BI team to align the metric and dimension definitions and ensuring their accurate measurement by using the available data </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cooperating with the DBA, Tracking and back-end teams to ensure stability and quality of source data structures</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Guiding analysts and other data users in order to empower them to use Data Warehouse sources and expend the technical know-how of the company</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitoring the usage of provided DWH tables in order to both maximize utilization and prevent misuse or unwarranted access to sensitive data</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the data technology space in order to keep the team ahead of the curve.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years of working experience, including work with relational databases, Hadoop, NOSQL and/or cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Educational background in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or other engineering fields</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with data processing tools (SQL, Hive, Pig, Spark, etc.)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, Scala - and curiosity to learn others</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creative approach toward problem solving, passion for exploring new technologies</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with real-time / stream computing technologies is a plus (e.g. Flink, Storm, Spark Streaming) is an advantage</span></li>

Rattaché à notre Contrôleur Financier Groupe, le responsable comptabilité fournisseur (H/F) aura la charge de la gestion de la comptabilité fournisseur et des relations liées aux 6 entités du groupe Vestiaire Collective.</p>

<li>Contrôle des imputations comptables et analytiques</li>
<li>Contrôle de la bonne application des règles de TVA</li>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vestiaire Collective is looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Manager based in our HQs of Paris for a duration of 6 months to cover a maternity leave. During this period You will be who’s keen on helping a growing international company scale with efficiency and managing a team of 3 talent recruiters. The Talent Manager supports all our departments (marketing, operation, product, B2C,...) and is responsible for a hiring strategy and for full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate pipeline and boosting our tech and fashion employer branding. </span></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage a team of 3 autonomous talent recruiters </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Execute the annual recruitment plan, in collaboration with Finance and the HR team</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and promote an innovative recruitment policy</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop talent acquisition strategy by creating a trustworthy relationship with the teams</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define and supervise the recruitment process: preselect the best candidates, manage interviews, coordinate hiring decisions and ensure compliance with the validation process</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Publish jobs opportunity on our career page and on all relevant job boards</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Source active and passive candidates from specialized job boards and social platforms</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strengthen an effective hiring process thanks to our ATS (screening, phone and in-house interviews…) and new hiring tools</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Improve and ensure an amazing candidate experience, with a fluent communication and qualitative answers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Improve and provide weekly and monthly report on your recruitment activity</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate internal mobility with the HR team and managers</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and boost our employer branding by participating in conferences, meetups, schools events,...</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally from a mix of internal and agency field and at least 2 years of management experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Great knowledge of the fashion environment and understanding of the competitive landscape for digital talents</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Innovative searching methods and familiarity with relevant tools and internal programs (ATS, referral programs, job boards, Linkedin,...)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Smooth communication and great writing skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent in English and in French.</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seasoned PHP developer with strong knowledge in best development practices (SOLID, TDD, etc.) and as a big plus, but not as a requirement, solid notions in some of: Symfony, Angular, Golang or Node.js. You also have expertise in integrating tools and providers into a custom platform.</span></li>
